Valentine’s Dinner with Chef Michelle

Valentine dinner will be 90% demonstration but Chef Michelle will ask for volunteers to help make the pasta if interested.

Menu to Include:

Aperitivo

• Glass of Champagne/Prosecco w/a twist of lemon peel or fresh raspberry
• Bagna Cauda –  Warm lemon, garlic, walnut, & anchovy infused olive oil served with crudite & crostini

Primo

• Homemade tagliatelle pasta
• Amatriciana sauce – pancetta, tomatoes, onion, red wine

Secondo

• Pork & ricotta meatballs
• Homemade ricotta

Salad

• Fennel & Blood Orange Salad

Dessert

• Chocolate olive oil cake w/Creme Fraiche
