What to Expect & Event Policies

cooking class demonstration

Types of Classes

Hands On:

Groups cook together in our state-of-the-art kitchen studio, with the assistance of our kitchen staff and under leadership of a professional chef instructor. During the class you can expect emphasizes knife skills, understanding various cooking techniques with step-by-step instruction on your chosen menu. All participants leave with a copy of the recipes used, plus enjoy a generous meal after all food has been prepared. Class size is limited to 16 people (4 groups of 4) pending on the group dynamic, you may be grouped with others. This style class promotes participants to roll up their sleeves and make a majority of the meal, this may include standing for a majority of the class. If you need accommodations, please alert the Chef Instructor. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Demonstration:

Demonstration classes are an opportunity for you to sit back, relax and enjoy as a chef instructor stands up in front of the class and demonstrates how to cook the dishes, and there is very little or no hands-on experience. This is still interactive, and chef instructors encourage conversation and questions while they cook. During our demonstration classes you will enjoy each course after it is prepared / ready (most demos include 3 courses). All participants leave with the recipes. This is a glorified interactive restaurant experience. We do our best to seat like parties together, please specify when making the reservation if you would like to be seated with another party.
