Croissants Class with Chef Michelle is back, participants will be working with a yeasted dough, creating a butter block, lamination techniques, cutting, shaping and filling the three styles of croissants listed below, proofing them properly to achieve the right texture inside, and finally, baking them to a rich golden brown. Coffee & Tea will be served! Please schedule your time accordingly, this is a 4-hour class.
