British Bangers and Mash Evening with Personal Chef Alan
This will be a British themed evening of food.
Starting with Devils on horseback (crazy name…dates filled with blue cheese, wrapped in bacon, drizzled with a siriacha honey glaze and roasted).
Then on to a Leek and Potato Soup served with Welsh Rarebit crostini.
The main entrée is Bangers and Mash with peas.
And dessert will be Strawberry Fool (strawberries and cream)
