Learn to make restaurant-quality pizza using both the Gozney pizza oven and a home oven
- 36 hour Neapolitan pizza dough – we will learn the fundamentals of making pizza dough & adjusting it to your schedule

- Pizza Margherita – San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella & pecorino cheeses, evoo, & fresh basil (vegetarian)
- Pizza di Patate – White pizza – yukon gold potatoes, pancetta, asiago, mozzarella, rosemary, & evoo
- Salsiccia – Hot italian sausage, fig jam, goat cheese, & rosemary
- Spaghetti PIzza – Frittata di Spaghetti with egg, & cheese (vegetarian)
- Cheesy & crispy pan pizza (vegetarian)
- Homemade caesar salad
