Morris Jackson Bio:Hailing from Jacksonville Fl, Morris Jackson has always had a passion for culinary arts and hospitality. His earliest food memories involve monthly crab boils and card parties.Growing up in a household full of talented cooks the skills could only be transferred. Morris began taking cooking seriously in 2012 by undertaking a line cook role at a farm to table restaurant (Graft) in Grayson,Ga working for Chef Matt Wallace. It was from this moment where the dream of being a Chef/Restaurateur was manifested. Morris continues his Culinary journey mainly in Atlanta, Ga working at restaurants such as Hi Life, Noble Fin, Iberian Pig, Bar Mercado, GunShow, & the Frog Hollow catering team during the PGA Masters Tournament. In 2020 Morris began his Entrepreneurship journey by creating a meal prep company which evolved into one of Atlanta’s top Pop Up Restaurants “HD Prep”. After a friendship blossomed with Andrew Roebuck “HD Prep” became “Ghost Pizza”. The dream continues on for Morris as the goal is to make Ghost Pizza a top 50 pizzeria in the country!
