Chef Jen has a passion for the Culinary arts, but her heart lies in teaching it. Taking on a fellowship position at the esteemed Culinary Institute of America, followed with a Culinary instructor position, ignited that passion.Today, her love for teaching transcends the kitchen. With a zest for sharing her love of food, she believes that every recipe tells a story. For Jen, teaching is a way to inspire creativity, build community, and foster connection through shared culinary experiences. She finds joy in watching others discover the joys of cooking. For her, there is no better way to share her knowledge than in the classroom, where flavors come to life, and every lesson is an invitation to celebrate the art of cooking together.
