Chef Alan will begin this evening with the always popular Thai chopped vegetable salad. This salad is made with edamame, baby kale, matchstick carrots, red and yellow pepper, cilantro, green onions and spicy roasted cashew chunks. The entrée is an Asian inspired and healthful turkey tenderloin dish served with steamed rice. Chef Alan will use Leaning Ladder’s Blood Orange Olive oil to stir fry the turkey and finish it with a Mango nectar, chicken stock, fresh ginger, dried apricots, dried currants, brown sugar, shallots, green pepper strips and our Traditional balsamic.
