This hour long instruction period will provide you with the know how to look like a professional chef. Chef Melissa will provide the instruction to have you chopping and dicing like an expert. She will demonstrate techniques while preparing a sushi roll that will be sampled at the end of the instruction period and served with a complimentary glass of wine.
