Tender Braised BBQ Pork Shoulder

Calling all BBQ lovers, this is the class for you. Chef Alan will show participants how to prepare a Tender Braised BBQ Pork Shoulder. He will begin the class with a Mixed Baby Green salad garnished with Parmesan corn bread croutons and thinly sliced shallots and dressed with BBQ sauce, Lemon balsamic, and olive oil vinaigrette. As you are eating your salads Chef Alan will show you how to prepare the Pork Shoulder using an electronic pressure cooker. And dinner is served, enjoy your BBQ accompanied by Chef Alan’s baked beans
