Summer Salmon

SalmonMonday, June 8, 7-9pm James Beard Award winning Cookbook Author, Cynthia Graubart is coming to Leaning Ladder! We are so excited to have Cynthia Graubart in the house. She will be teaching our customers to prepare a Balsamic Strawberry & Arugala salad accompanied by a Summer Salmon in a Beurre Blance Sauce and a vegetable. This will be followed by Brown Sugar Shortcakes. In addition to her James Beard Award, Cynthia is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals and has spoken at its annual conference. She is also a member of Les Dames d’Escoffier and has served on the board of the Atlanta Community food Bank. Please visit her online at www.cynthiagraubart.com.
