This spicy evening is for gourmets who like it with a little heat! Fra Diavlo translated means “Brother Devil” in Italian. This demonstration begins with a Compari Tomato appetizer stuffed with fresh salmon, garlic, capers and breadcrumbs. Following is a delightful salad with baby greens, toasted pine nuts and dried cherries. Now it’s time for the Spice! You will learn to prepare this spicy pasta dish that has shrimp, mussels, scallops or squid (depending on market availability) cooked in a spicy tomato sauce and served over a Leaning Ladder pasta.
