Seafood Fettuccini Alfredo

For our fish loving friends Chef Alan has designed an evening just for you! Your evening begins with a lovely salad made with tangerines, roasted beets, and crumbled blue cheese atop mixed baby greens dressed with a vinaigrette made from Leaning Ladder oil and vinegar. Accompanying this salad is a fabulous rich dish of Leaning Ladder pasta topped with an Alfredo sauce mixed with crab, capers, fresh herbs and a bit of lemon zest, topped with roasted fresh salmon. Served with a glass of Leaning Ladder’s house Chardonnay.
