Sea Bass with a Southern Flair

Who doesn’t love Sea Bass? Chef Melissa will show us how to prepare a beautiful dinner with lemons, capers, parsley and the main event…Sea Bass. She will use Leaning Ladder’s olive oil to bring them all together and serve the entrée over a bed of grits and greens! To finish the evening she will prepare a classic southern Lemon Pound cake.
