Making its return to our summer menu, and a favorite of so many, Chef Alan will once again show you how to make Sangria that will knock your socks off. What better way to spend a summer evening? Chef Alan will teach attendees how to prepare four different Sangrias. White wine, Red wine, Rose wine and a sparkling White wine will be used. All are made 24 hours in advance with fresh seasonal fruits and other ingredients. In each case Leaning Ladder’s balsamic vinegars are added to enhance the flavors. A sample of each Sangria will be tasted by all both before and after the balsamic vinegars are added. The Sangria’s prepared in advance will be sampled by all as well to appreciate the differences as the class moves along. A light appetizer will be provided in this class.
