Let Chef Alan rock your boat with a Roasted whitefish in a Creamy Pepperoncini Sauce. Chef Alan is the captain this evening and he will show you the ropes to prepare a pan seared whitefish filet in Leaning Ladder’s Butter olive oil and then finished in the oven. A tangy rich sauce made with cream, pepperoncini slices, white wine, Dijon mustard and Butter olive oil will top the fish all served atop Leaning Ladder pasta. What better to start this meal than with an unusual, but delicious, sliced English cucumber and navel orange salad dressed with a vinegar, honey, sun dried tomato, cumin, cinnamon, and cayenne olive oil
