Roasted Rack of Lamb with Chef Alan

Baby it’s cold outside, but not in our kitchen. Chef Alan kicks off our new year with a mouth watering Rack of Lamb. The evening will begin with a recipe for a Chickpea crostini that you can enjoy while you will learn to prepare a Cannellini Bean Soup topped with bacon and that is just the beginning of this warm winter night. The main entrée is the Roasted Rack of Lamb served with Rosemary Roasted Potatoes. This is a lovely meal to recreate for friends and family.
