Chef Alan will provide you the know how to prepare a Roasted Beef tenderloin Medallions dish with a red wine au jus and served with garlic, cream and butter mashed potatoes. This three-course dinner begins with a sautéed mushroom and thyme crostini and a warm delectable Cream of Leek and Potato Soup. Just in time to recreate for your dinner on February 14th.
