Risotto w/ Pan Seared Scallops

Join Chef Melissa for a decadent entrée this evening of Risotto with Pan Seared Scallops. Dinner begins with a Baked Feta with Tomato Basil Coulis followed with a Green Salad topped with Fried Goat Cheese, walnuts and cranberries. The evening will close with a Flourless Chocolate Cake sure to satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth. Your first glass of wine for the evening will be on the house.
