Ricotta Gnudi w/ Taylor & Cameron

Join us for a class introducing two of our newest Chefs. You can read all about them in our Chef Biography section of the Leaning Ladder website. They will work together to teach the art of preparing Ricotta Gnudi which translated in Italian means “nude ravioli” so you get the wonderful tasty filling without the hard pasta shell. The Ricotta Gnudi is topped with a Sage Brown Butter sauce. The evening begins with a Sundried Tomato Bruschetta and ends with Pumpkin cupcakes.
