Prosciutto fontina cheese pinwheels – puff pastry layered with prosciutto and grated fontina cheese, rolled up, cut into wheels and baked
Baby green and spinach salad with blue cheese dressing topped with English cucumber and sliced red onion
Oven baked cedar planked salmon – soaked cedar planks with spiced salmon filet slices baked until done served with warm potato salad with arugula, grain mustard and sherry vinegar
Dried cherry compote over mascarpone garnished with butter shortbread croutons.
