New Year Garden to Table with Chef Megan

With the Holidays behind us and as our New Year resolutions loom ahead Chef Megan will teach you to prepare a Healthy yet Hearty meal that will inspire you to keep working toward that healthy goal. Your first dish will be creamy Sweet Potato Hummus followed by a clean and crisp Arugula Salad topped with tangy Cranberry Vinaigrette. The main entrée, a savory Oven Roasted Salmon will be plated with a Signature Kale Quinoa Salad. Chef Megan will bring the evening to a close with a Nutty Apple Crumble with a delicious Cashew Crème.
