Menu will include Cured Tuna Poke, Salt Crusted Scallops with Watermelon Cilantro Relish and Thai Lime Dipping Sauce, Salt Block Roasted Garlic Asparagus & Zucchini and Salted Smoked Bourbon Chocolate Chip Cookies for dessert! In keeping with the “pink” theme Leaning Ladder will include a glass of refreshing Rose wine for your enjoyment. Salt blocks will also be available for purchase during this class.
