Still in the throws of winter can you think of a lovelier time for a warm and flavorful Italian soup? Chef will begin the evening with a crostini appetizer with cannellini beans, prosciutto and fontina followed by an Italian salad with baby greens, toasted pine nuts and dried cherries. Then main entrée, which you will be instructed in preparing, is a healthy and hearty Italian soup made with garlic, onions, carrots and Italian Turkey sausage and more!
