Horseradish Crusted Tilapia Night with Personal Chef Alan
Friday, May 20th, 7-9pm
Fresh mild flavored tilapia filets will be baked with a horseradish, mayo, parmesan cheese, dijon and panko crust with a bit of lemon balsamic vinegar to be served over roasted and mashed sweet potato infused with butter olive oil and apricot white balsamic vinegar. A side of sautéed chopped Dinosaur Kale and chopped Swiss Chard drizzled with garlic and butter olive oils will be served.
