This evening’s class will focus on a menu made entirely of local Georgia products. Chef Melissa will demonstrate how to prepare a Brasstown Beef entrée consisting of beef tips in mushroom gravy, a summer salad will be made with all local produce and a mouthwatering Hasselback potato served with Pine Street Market bacon. She will complete this experience with a “Georgia” Peach Cobbler.
