Chef Alan will demonstrate a Swiss Chard and Artichoke Dip that is cheesy, creamy and slightly spicy! Mini Phyllo shells with melted Brie topped with roasted red grape compote and a Cold smoked Salmon Crostini with herbed goat cheese, capers and fresh dill. He will finish the evening with Bacon Candy! He claims it’s one of the best things he’s ever tasted-we will let you be the judge!!
