Holiday Farm to Table with Blue Ridge Beef w/ Chef Melissa

Our final Farm to Table class for this year. Chef “M” will begin the evening with a Cherry-Pecan Brie with Leaning Ladder Dark Cherry balsamic reduction. The main entrée is a demonstration of a Pancetta-Wrapped Beef Tenderloin with whipped Horseradish Cream & Leaning Ladder Rosemary olive oil served with crispy potatoes with fennel and lemon garlic green beans. Leaning Ladder Olive Tapenade served on an Asiago-Olive roll. The evening ends with a Chocolate Truffle Cheesecake.
