If you are looking for new ideas for your holiday desserts Chef “M” has some wonderful ideas. Learn to prepare a Salted Caramel Pecan Pie, individual Pumpkin cheesecakes with a toasted marshmallow topping and a Red Velvet Charlotte with mascarpone. If I may make a suggestion I think red wine would pair beautifully with these desserts.
