Herbed Rack of Lamb

For those of you that love a rich and luscious Herbed Rack of Lamb this is the evening for you. Chef Alan will give you the tips to prepare this lamb dish that will be sliced into individual chops and served with a savory side dish of fresh rosemary, garlic olive oil, onion, and one of Leaning Ladder’s salts and pepper roasted potatoes. Your evening will begin with an Arugula and Radicchio salad with chopped Medjool dates and feta cheese dressed with zesty lemon balsamic vinegar and Tuscan Herb olive oil vinaigrette made with Leaning Ladder’s oils and vinegars. This evenings meal will be paired with a glass of Leaning Ladder’s Bianchi Cabernet Sauvignon
