Ground Beef & Veggie Pot Pie w/ Chef Alan

Fall is on its way and this is a satisfying classic comfort food to go with the change of season. Chef Alan will teach you to create this Pot Pie comprised of ground beef, carrots, parsnips, peas and onions seasoned with fresh herbs. This potpie is topped with a cheddar cheese biscuit that has been browned under the broiler for a beautiful presentation. Chef Alan will begin the class with a roasted beet and avocado salad dressed with a vinaigrette using Leaning Ladder’s oils and vinegars.
