Greek Chicken Night with Chef Alan

Join Chef Alan and learn to prepare a delicious Greek Chicken entree consisting of pounded chicken breast sauteed with capers, golden raisins, feta cheese onion and garlic. The recipe will feature a Leaning Ladder Ultra Premium Olive Oil and Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar. A side Greek orzo pasta with sun-dried tomatoes and feta cheese will also be a part of the class. $35.00
