If you can’t get to the beach this summer than Chef Melissa will bring the beach to us! Just imagine yourself sitting on the balcony listening to the waves, and dining alfresco with this beach inspired clambake stew. Chef Melissa will show you how to prepare a Cioppino (seafood stew) that includes shellfish, clams, mussels, oysters and she will throw in chorizo for a special touch. This meal will absolutely require Leaning Ladder’s French baguettes and a fabulous glass of wine.
