Garden to Table with Chef Megan

Time to get your spring on with Chef Megan. Start this class with a trip to the garden for a Chilled Spring Pea soup followed by an Avocado & Arugula salad. While in the garden grab a couple of sweet potatoes and Chef Megan will show you how to prepare Roasted Sweet potatoes with a cilantro Lime vinaigrette served with toasted Almond and Orange quinoa. Chef will bring the night to a close with a Superfood Smoothie with Chia and Hemp seeds.
