Garden to Table with Chef Megan

This is a super summer dinner sure to make your mouth water. Start this class with a trip to the garden for a chilled Pea Soup followed by an Avocado & Arugula salad. While in the garden grab a couple of sweet potatoes and Chef Megan will show you how to prepare Roasted Sweet Potatoes with a cilantro and lime vinaigrette served with toasted Almond and Orange quinoa. Chef will bring the night to a close with a Superfood Smoothie with Chai and Hemp seeds.
