Fresh Mushroom Ravioli Night (vegetarian)

For those of you looking for a veggie night this is the meal for you! Chef Alan will treat you to an evening that begins with a refreshing citrus salad of baby greens, red onions, candied pecans and mandarin orange sections topped with a vinaigrette comprised of Leaning Ladder Olive oil and vinegar. On to the main entrée which participants can choose to try and make or sit back and let Chef Alan do the work. The entrée begins with a fresh roasted Roma tomato sauce with onion, garlic and basil paired with a fresh mushroom ravioli made with Won Ton skins.
