Fish En Papillote

This is a hands on class where each participant will make their own fish en papillote under Chef Alan’s direction. The amazing flavor in this dish comes from fresh white fish filet (market availability) rice vinegar, fresh ginger, garlic, carrot sticks, red bell pepper strips, and more delicious vegetables. Chef Alan will incorporate Leaning Ladder’s Toasted Sesame Oil and Honey ginger balsamic. A Jasmine rice side dish with shallots, scallions, fresh pineapple and soy sauce accompanies this meal.
