Chef M is bringing the farm to your table in our 2nd in a series of highly requested classes. This menu consists of: a summer Bruschetta with Ricotta & Balsamic Roasted Mountain Princess Cherry tomatoes with purple basil, a Mediterranean hard Egg Salad with olives, pancetta and gorganzola, the main entrée of Chicken Saltimbocca over Pasta with Red Brandywine Heirlooms & Burrata and a drizzle of Neapolitan Herb Balsamic Reduction and Purple Basil Chiffonade. And the grand finale is a Blood Orange Zeppole with and Espresso Balsamic Reduction.
