Farm to Table 3

Our Farm to Table classes were created to bring local ingredients to our table and yours. 95% of the ingredients used in these classes are locally grown or sourced. In this class Chef M will show you how to create a Southern Inspired Taste of the Orient. She will begin with a Collard Green Egg Roll, followed by a Chicken Stir Fry over glass noodles with local vegetables, and an Egg Drop soup with mushrooms.
