Farm to Table dining has increased in popularity substantially over the past couple of years. Historically the concept has been for restaurants to work with local growers to develop menus created around locally grown, in-season produce and protein. Leaning Ladder is taking that concept a few steps further by teaching you how to bring farm to table to YOUR table!
Join our chefs in the kitchen to learn what’s in season now; learn and taste ingredients and produce you may not be familiar with; and learn how to use those ingredients in delicious and creative ways!
All menu ingredients will be seasonal, locally grown and/or locally raised. Sign up early! This one has been highly requested!

Farm to Table Classes were created to bring local ingredients to our table and yours. 95% of the ingredients used in these classes are locally grown or sourced. We are excited to introduce locally grown ingredients that may be new to you as well as teach you how to use these ingredients in your daily menu plans. We are also excited to share with you how locally grown and sourced options can be affordable as well as delicious and nutritious.
