Chef Alan will demonstrate several ways to enjoy that summer fruit we all love.  Watermelon salad with a Leaning Ladder Oil and Balsamic combination that will enhance the fabulous summer fruit, a watermelon appetizer with Leaning Ladder’s 18 year aged Traditional Balsamic, curried lump crab and watermelon appetizer with Leaning ladder Persian Lime Oil and Sicilian lemon Balsamic and a watermelon Granita with Leaning Ladder Lemongrass Mint Balsamic.
