You’ll learn the essentials of caring for and feeding your Bloom sourdough starter, working with sourdough fermentation, and baking delicious focaccia from scratch with confidence. Then comes the creative part! Inspired by fall and Thanksgiving, you’ll transform your focaccia into a beautiful piece of edible art using fresh herbs, colorful vegetables, flavorful spices, and delicious olive oils from Leaning Ladder. Whether you create a festive harvest design or layer on your favorite seasonal flavors, the possibilities are as fun as they are delicious. Each student will take home their own beautifully decorated focaccia creation, ready to bake in your own oven.
