This class will explain how good nutrition and the timing of meals makes a big difference in how we feel and will include favorite recipes of Chef Inger’s clients.  Low Country Chicken, Shrimp and Sausage Perlo; Greek Style Chicken with Heirloom Tomatos, Olives and Feta; Cilantro Lime Chilaquiles.
