Join Chef Megan and enjoy your first glass of wine compliments of Leaning Ladder while Chef will show you how to harvest from your garden and prepare this fabulous menu. Grilled Zucchini Hummus with fresh Basil, an Arugula Salad with Roasted Butternut Squash, a grilled Cauliflower Steak with Sun dried Tomato Olive Tapenade and seasonal vegetable skewers with Pumpkin Seed Pesto. Chef Megan will conclude the evening with a Grilled Peach Crumble with Goat cheese and Honey.
