Spend an evening with Chef Dan from Century House Tavern and learn his recipes! Chef Dan will be demonstrating the art of preparing Tuna Tartare accompanied by a Chilled English Pea Soup. He’ll finish the evening with a delectable Strawberry Shortcake. As expected, Dan will be using Leaning Ladder Premium Oils and Vinegars in his recipes. Enjoy the perfect wine the chef has selected to sip with this lovely dinner. And it will be for sale in our store. Class time 7-9 and all classes are BYOB or purchase one of our fine wines.
