Spend an evening with Chef Dan from Century House Tavern and learn his recipes! Chef Dan will be demonstrating the art of preparing Tuna Tartare accompanied by a Chilled English Pea Soup. He’ll finish the evening with a delectable Strawberry Shortcake. As expected, Dan will be using Leaning Ladder Premium Oils and Vinegars in his recipes.
