Crab Ravioli Night
Friday, September 18, 7-9pm
This evening will begin with a Swiss Chard, sausage and artichoke dip followed by a fresh watermelon, roma tomato, feta cheese and red onion salad flavored with a fresh mint chiffonade and dressed with a simple Leaning Ladder Oil and Vinegar. While you enjoy the salad Chef Alan will show you how to prepare lump crab fresh raviolis using Won Ton skins. The Ravioli will be served with a shallot cream sauce, sautéed shallots, and clam juice. Each class participant will have the opportunity to make a ravioli if they choose to do so.
