Calling all seafood lovers! Who doesn’t enjoy good crab cakes? Chef Alan will begin this evening with a fresh peach salad with red onion and mixed greens dotted with goat cheese crumbles and roasted pecans of course with a vinaigrette made with Leaning Ladder’s oils and vinegars. Then it’s on to the piece de resistance….he will demonstrate how to make crab cakes with his host of ingredients added to achieve just the right taste. These will be served with a fresh mango slaw.
