Cornish Hens

Our in house Chef Melissa takes Cornish Hens to a whole new level. This evening’s class will send you home with a warm and satisfying glow. It begins with a classic Wedge Salad with a Smoked Bleu Cheese. As you enjoy your salad Chef will share with you the details to help you prepare Fennel & Fig Roasted Cornish Hens accompanied by a Wild Rice Medley and Olive oil roasted Rainbow Carrots. This evening’s meal ends with a sumptuous Crème Brulee that is sure to be a dessert to die for. Your experience this evening is paired with a glass of Leaning Ladder’s Three Saint’s Pinot Noir
