Class: Mediterranean Chicken En Papillote

Back by popular demand, in this hands on class Chef Alan will guide you through the process of making your own En Papillote. He will use traditional Mediterranean ingredients such as sweet red pepper sun dried tomatoes, grape tomatoes, onion, garlic,capers, fresh basil, white wine, feta cheese, vinegar, oil and chicken breast. All these are assembled into an outstanding flavor mix. Served with a rice pilaf. $40.00 per person.
