Join Chef Melissa to discover how to lighten your dinner load by reducing high calorie ingredients and adding tons of flavor using Olive Oil and Balsamic vinegar. Pick up tips and techniques to create Butter Lettuce & Cucumber Salad with Lemon dressing, Maple Dijon Grilled Halibut & Asparagus over an “out of this world” Persian Lime and Ginger Jasmine Rice. Dinner discussions will include easy ways to make substitutions for calorie and fat laden foods to lighter healthier options. A handy conversion guide will be available for participants to take home. Jessika Anderson, MS,RD,LD and Dietitian Advisor will be available to answer any questions that you may have and advise during the class. $60.00 per person
